I sent my 60s back in the mail today. She said they only check for returns on Fridays so she won't process the exchange until next Friday and will have them back in the mail on Saturday. I should see them the week of 3/29 sometime.
Yeah she said that I should just order a set of the 48s and return the unopened 60s, it would be faster than an exchange...so that's what I did. I'll update after install.

I went with the 48led towers from VLeds if memory serves me right. Mine are the amber - off variety.

Funny thing is, I bought two of the electronic flashers from Napa. Switched out the turn signal first. Checked them, and they flashed properly. Then for kicks, I turned on the hazzards, not that I ever use them, and they worked fine with the factory mechanical flasher. I'm guessing that there is enough current from having all of the rear lights on at one time that it's enough to cycle the flasher.

My BLS lights should be here today, and I'll try and get picks up as soon as the kids will allow me to install them.

My DRL's don't work, but if it's that much of an issue, I can just turn the lights to the park position, turning on the fogs and the DRL's if I really wanted to.

Great write-up, someone has needed to do this for a long time. Thanks for posting a pic of where the turn-signal relay and the hazard relay are located.
Nice job !

Can anyone link me exactly to the 48 tower switchback DRL's? I have the !DRL's and I would like them to be white when the headlamps are up(only time my DRL's are on or with turn signals) I would like the turn signals to go Amber-Off-Amber-Off and go back to the bright white when the turn signals are off. Do they have these? Someone please give me a direct link. Thanks so much! Kind of confused from the website.

I have never been a fan of the DRL's so I just deleted my DRL's and installed the 60's. FYI, my hazards work just fine with a regular thermal flasher.

This video shows the parking lights on with the hazards on

And these are with the 48's

Just got word from Tracy at Autlumination. They have redone the circuitry on the 60s. She is going to send me a set to try out as no one has run these in their cars yet and she is still waiting on the backorder for the 48s. I'll let you guys know how they work out.

Will these last a long time? If I am going to spend $60 on a pair of bulbs I really hope they last AT LEAST a year.

Leds should last an extremely long time. The first ones I used had a circuitry issue that caused them to malfunction.
