Ah... I remember these pics. I've lived in Dallas the past 7 years and still haven't seen a 100% ZR28, which is really depressing. LG Motorsports isn't that far away. I used to see Camaros with G2 (LG suspension) stickers on the side all the time, but not anymore...

Remember these?

I have the magazine you're talking about! It's an older issue of Camaro Performers/Performance or something like that, has a yellow 69z-28 on the cover. I remember reading the whole article about the nitrous kit they installed and thinking "Damn i need a 4th gen camaro". they made the cars seem so awesome with just a basic nitrous kit. sadly, i have yet to own an LS1 car...lol

I was obsessed with the Bird of Prey T/A that was done for SEMA. I forget who did it, but I really liked the body kit on it.

These days, I'm more for the understated, clean, smooth look.
I'd love to have someone like Foose do some work on a 98-02 TransAm and see what he would come up with.

I'd post of a pic of the engine, but I don't want to cause a riot. It had by far the coolest engine EVER in a Camaro. Oh... what the hell. Here it is:

personally i think the only good looking body kit for the 4th gen camaro is the xenon kit and no one has made a better looking wing/spoiler then the factory SS unit.

F@ck Foose, it would just be two toned !!! We need McNord to have a Trans-Am, some cash and some time, THAT would be awesome...

FYI, I actually REALLY like Foose and he's literally one of the nicest guys on the planet (met one)...

That pic of the teal Camaro SS with the silver anniversay stripes at a car show was my old SS. Blast from the past, I sold it back in 2000, but that had to be a show when I owned it because I still have that car show sign in our shop. haha nice!

Do you have a high res version of it?

If you do can you email to: in2turn1@hotmail.com

Thanks!!

Our shop also built the spinoff WS6 from Sprewells car seen at SEMA. Here are a bunch of pics and a video up Angeles Crest:

IMO LTs look better with GFX but LS1s dont..but the double spoiler looks really silly! each and every camaro here (middle east) comes with the double spoiler from RK sports as it comes from japan..its just ricy! lol at printing the ZR28 haha

The only GFXs I liked are the Factory 96-97 RS kit.

Anyone remember the F1 camaros? basically it was the only way to order Z28 with the RS GFXs back in the Lt1 days (All dealer add on)

I think one of the reasons gfx and spoilers have gotten a bad rep these days is because they've become almost synonymous with the whole riced out commuter car fad, which is unfortunate.

Nowadays it just doesn't matter whether they are actually functional, or put on a vehicle that can actually perform, it's just considered rice by the majority of people.

The way I look at it, if your car is faster than mine, then my opinion of how your vehicle may look is completely meaningless and I should just keep my mouth shut. Although I tend to keep my mouth shut unless I have something positive to say regardless. I really never saw the point of bashing somebody elses tastes.

I had a silver 95 camaro v6 back in high school 97 senior year... with the wings west kit and wing just like the maroon z. Had some chrome prime 5 stars a big block hood...even put some z28 badges on it.

circa 1997
