i would think that would take away from it and make it look a little incomplete. i think having them three dimensional just makes them seem more in place.

I agree, you would loose the 3d look of them and it just wouldnt look good imo,it would look cheap

I kind of want to delete my letters all together, and just have a clean all blak emblemless car. But I don't know.

I have the red birds right now, the red overlays.

you can always take them off, but mark wheree they go so if you dont like it without them you know where to glue them back on

i definitely like how he removed the side moldings.. do they always come off that clean? how exactly do you even begin to pull them off?

Was just wondering because I've had my moldings off for a long time now and was wanting something else recently. I don't think it would look "cheap" like op said above since Firehawks are just decals also. Just picked up a set of the decals a few days ago for the hell of it. If it doesn't look right I'll pull them off. I was just wondering if anyone else had pictures of it or whatnot because I never tried searching for it. Thanks

No they don't...if your car has been painted before you could be in for a mess! If not then its pretty simple and well worth the effort! Do a search the "how to" has been discussed a million times.
