No, they arent around anymore.

No tire rub at all. I have 275s all around on 17x9.5 rims. For 315s in the rear, the wheel well would definatly need to be pounded in to fit.

Looks great man, I had the same combo on my '99 z28 and loved it. I may end up getting a set for this car, I've already got some SLP bilsteins ready to go on it.

I bought the SLP Bilstien shocks for like $400 from Sam Stranos site. Found the DMS springs in the for sale section here on LS1tech for $120. And my UMI Single Adjustable Panhard rod was $100.
