LED dome and map lights issue.
None really. I detached the map light and started checking all the connections to see if there was something in the mirror that was getting a signal in and putting one out however that wasn't the case. I did discover that with me touching the LED in the back I give off enough resistance that it shuts that light off but not the others.
The connection in the front mirror has 3 wires going to it and I'm not 100% on what that is however we checked them and one was putting out 7 and change volts and the other 4 and change (don't remember which ones) and the 3 I think was just a ground. We kinda figured one was for constant power and the other for when the doors are open. We stuck a connecting wire between the two wires and made it a full 12v going to the lights and sure enough the lights shut off completely however then the lights would never come on when the doors opened.
That's about all I've got right now (and can remember) but if I come across anything else I'll keep posted.
