Default Rear lower bumper painted black look?

Does anyone know if certain specific year Trans Ams/Colors had the rear lower bumper area blacked out??? I always thought that was a clean look but could never differentiate what specific years or colors had the rear of the lower rear bumper painted black....

I know that the GMMG Blackbirds seemed to have almost all of their special vehicles with this appearance.

Any pics of this appearance upgrade on a Navy Blue Metallic Ws6 in a flat black finish??? I checked the archives and it seems like the only pics on there were for lighter colored TA's.

The WS6 i might be purchasing is a NBM color. Thats why i ask.

cause it has more of an effect/ looks better on other colored cars. black cars should stay stock, and it wont do as much for a NBM car as it does for the lighter colors.

but, i do think it would look good on a NBM car. never seen it done though, so i cant help you with pics.

Do it, be the first you see with it

That looks more like a dark charcoal, I was throwing around the idea of doing that to my car, but didn't want it to look unfinished like primer.

I like the look when it's done in flat black on NBM. Charcoal looks good too. I'm redoing mine this summer in flat or satin black.

yeah thats a dark charcoal color, not black. i think black would've looked better on there. that car has a bit too much going on in the back: NBM paint, black paint (filler panel/lights), charcoal paint, Ol' Lumpy spoiler, huge tips, lots of emblems that really stand out.... its a bit overwhelming
