Default Options for tail lights?

98-02 'maros. I know theres the lt1 lights, possibly better looks but debatable since people switch both ways. The stock look alright but nothing fantastic.. Does anyone have euro lights on a pewter camaro? I was thinking of the flat black faced ones instead of the chrome cause i figured it wouldnt look as cheap that way (possible good good with a berger panel?). Since chrome wheels look good on pewter though, maybe they dont, so i was thinking it might depend on what wheels are on the car maybe? I dunno. Thoughts? Pics definatly if anyone has them

The euro lights are pretty much universally hated on this site. Personally, I think they look awful.

Here's a red car with them:

Yeah, more of just an idea.. the more i look at them the less i like them. I figured the black would of looked better :/ I used to to like the ls1 tails but now that ive looked around it seems like there the best option IMO.

Btw crimson your cowl hood is sick!

thank you sir

another option for those lights would be to tint them. not necessarily blacked out, just tinted. i think that would look a little better.

or you can always do something to change the look of the stockers: https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...s-how-tos.html

I don't get it. Why do they call them euro? In EUROPE, all cars are required to have AMBER signal lights. There is nothing EURO about that EURO tail light.

take an LT1 tail and tint everything but the reverse light. it looks sick as **** on lighter colored cars like silver and pewter.

not the best pic but, its the only one i have right now. this berger (satin/ completely shaved) has since been replaced with a panel from a factory black painted car, so it is now gloss, and has the camaro letters/key hole. it flows a lot better. as you can see the lights are a glossier/deeper black than the satin, so the gloss flows much better
