Cool removal of stock 01 camaro grill...

I am trying to figure out what all do i have to do to remove my plastic stock grill?

start at one end and rip it off.

I removed mine. You can get to the lower clips from under the car. If you pull slow the top ones will come too. I didn't damage mine at all. be prepaired to fill the holes cause mine looked like **** until I did.

I slowly pulled on one side and worked my way to the other.

I tore my grill as I pulled it off, but no damage to the bumper...I replaced it with an RKSport insert so I wouldn't have to worry about filling the holes...

Crappy stock grill was replaced with this Satin finish billet grill.


Looks wayyyy better in person.

how do you fill in the holes? Can you use bondo or do you have to use fiberglass?
