Dark colored cars Kind of a poll, kind of what to do...
With the dark colors (black, navy, midnight blue etc) on F-Bodies, do you prefer dark, or chrome wheels? I've got matte black right now, and I'm not sure I like it. I never had the chrome finish, it was the semi-metallic silver, and matte black just looks cheap. Opinions?

I have a black TA with gunmetal rims. I like them much better than the chrome rims I used to have.
I just looked at your car and I agree. Those rims do look cheap. You can look in the black camaros thread for some ideas.

Polished or natural aluminum finish for me. Some dark wheels (matte, satin finishes) also look good specially when they have a small hint of a polished lip. Chrome looks really bad on almost anything, IMO.

I have/had aluminum and chrome and i like chrome way better then aluminum. Chrome is just easier to clean and keep clean and i just like they way it shines. Only downside i'd say is if the chrome starts to peel.
