I know how you feel about being a perfectionist. I noticed it was off too, however its a very unique and great idea. props

i dont know if i can now. but heres basically what i did. i just took some leftover plastic i had from an xbox 360 project, selected a bowtie logo and printed it. i taped it on the plastic. then i took my dremel tool with cutting disc and cut the bowtie out, filed it, smoothed it out, painted it. cut out a piece of clear acrylic and hot glued it on behind the bowtie with wax paper to diffuse it.

then i took another piece of plastic and wired up 6 blue leds with resistors, hot glued them on. then hot glued the led holder(plastic)behind it where the leds would shine directly on it. for the power source i used the ashtray bulb circuit 12v and ground.
then fastened the bowtie panel on with screws. turn the lights on and it lights up.
