Default TAs and Corsa Clones - 3.5 or 4in??

please post pics of each if you got 'em

I noticed the fleabay seller with the 4in clones suddenly almost doubled the price... plus I noticed from the pics you can see where the barrel of the tip sharply necks down and frankly, looks goofy

OTOH, I've found another seller with some nice 3.5in clones that have a longer, smooth barrel just like the Corsa pro series tips

also, are the real Corsa tips staggered? ...meaning the inner-most tip is slightly longer than the outer one? ...I ask because I've seen both available and the TA rear bumper curves - just wondering what would flow better with the bumper

TIA

I have the 3.5" from www.afterthoughtsauto.com which were like $55 i believe. I really like them as is, but I'd probably have gone with the 4" ebay ones if i had the choice again. just put a couple rear shots here: https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...n-lamps-t.html

I have the 4' ones off ebay. The reason I bought them was for the 3" inlet which could weld right up to my exhaust. Afterthoughts has a small inlet thats why I didnt buy it. Only problem is Im yet to weld them on after sitting in my room since the summer..

Hey man, here are the 3.5" corsa clones from 6LE. These are staggered like you mentioned. Don't mind the unfinished CETA in the two pics

And here they are currently:

I have better pics somewhere but I can't seem to find them right now. Here is my set of Corsa clones staggered in 2.5" out 3.5" staggard. I think the staggard tips flow better with the TA bumper.

I bought them from here:
*note: the TA on the home page has 4in tips

http://tips.byethost4.com/

This pic is from my old cat back setup. I liked them so much I bought new ones for my new exhaust since I welded them on the old ones. Great quality at a good price imho.

this kid in my state (Relapse) has/had 4" corsa clones and honestly they looked awful. I thought my eyes were deceiving me. They were just ginormous. If you hate ricers with exhausts that u can fist.... imagine four of those on ur car. 3.5" Corsa Clones willl forever be the best choice of exhaust tips on our cars. If I were to keep this car I would by the CETA diffuser from 6LE, add a few more fins in the exhaust pockets, delete the rear side markers, mold it to the bumper and just dump the exhaust.

4" are a lil obnoxious...I've always preferred the original 3.5" dual outlet size (see sig)

I never had 4" corsa clones.

I had the magnaflow dual dual cat back and thats what came on it. They were 4" double walled resonated tips. Which is why they looked so odd. They were a completely different design than corsas are. They were also completely crooked.

4" or 3.5" it's a matter of taste. I have 4" ones and I like how they fill up the gap on TA bumpers.
