Emblempros new billet parts !!!
Ok,
Here are some pictures of our C6 Corvette cap set.
Sorry but these are only cell phone pictures.
Machined on a lathe, and laser etched factory markings on the top.
These are not chrome plated, but it will be offered.
We can make these like this for all of the cars, including the Camaro, and Trans Am.
We do have a CNC mill coming, and will be presenting many new billet parts in the near future.
So the caps will change in design, because of more capabilities with the mill. But these look very nice.
MORE BILLET COMING STAY TUNED!!!
Thanks, Roger

C6 installed
My dad for some reason did not thread the caps in so they line up properly, so please excuse the caps looking like the labels are misaligned. The labels are right, and I personally placed them onto the factory caps with the labels exactly lined up with the factory info. Anyway, here are some installed pics:
We also dressed the FRCs up on this car with hydrographics, and lettering inserts. Another heads up, we will be making GM Official Licensed versions of caps with logos. We talked with our GM rep today, and we will be doing it. Also, our mill will be shipping next Wednesday, so we'll have some really cool items coming out soon.

F-body caps, Machine finish.
Two A/C caps, Radiator Cap, Power Steering Cap, Coolant Cap, and Brake Fluid Res. Cap.
Washer fluid cap will be added when the CNC mill gets here.
All etched with the factory cap markings. These have been submitted to GM for Logo applications as well. But they are typically not very fast at finishing things up, so it will be months before that is allowed.
I want you all to know this is only the beginning. The CNC mill will be here next week, and parts will be coming off of it. Machine finished, chrome, and black chrome. With gold, and black etchings on top.
Thanks, Roger

Also, have you considered some caps that actually fit the contours of the stock caps instead of being round when you get the mill? Perhaps instead of etching, the logos and such could be milled?
Oh, and what about the clutch reservoir cap?

With the lathe we can only turn round Cylindrical items, such as these in this thread. With the CNC mill we will be able to place the finger grooves to exactly follow the contours of the caps. We will definitely be doing that. So, Yes.
We also plan to be making the under hood accessories out of solid billet material. Gear shift *****, plate frames, interior *****, etc... The CNC mill runs automatically from a written program, and can exactly duplicate parts each time.
Thanks, Roger

I work in a machine shop and i never thought about the possibility of making parts like this. And lately, a friends been doing parts that ive never seen before and its really amazing what these machines can do and exactly duplicate the pieces over and over. With a guy who knows what he's doing, all this can be made fairly easy and quickly.
We need to make some fixtures for the parts, then write programs for the parts. It may take us a month to get to full speed, but we will be making parts within a few days.
Thanks, Roger

Any chance that you could make a custom set of wheel center caps? I have machined face wheels and I'm not a fan of having chrome plated plastic center caps on machined wheels.
I would definitely be interested in wheel center caps if it's possible, I could send you guys a center cap to reference for measurements if you need it. I hate how they contrast...see?
Even if this were just for me, could it be done?

I need to either check with our plater to see if he can do this, or find a source that will. I have never had any luck finding some that even does that kind of work.
If I can find a good source, or if someone on this forum is interested in doing it, "and has experience at it", please let me know.
Thanks, Roger
