Default Got my HIDs and DRL switchbacks in.

Got my housings from LMC truck and my HIDs from DDMtuning. It went pretty smoothly for the most part. I had a hard time Gettin my hands to the foglights but managed to get it done. Had to do the wiring from underneath the car cuz the stock harness's aren't long enough for me to do on top. Here's a few pics

10000k 35w fogs
6000k 55w lows
60 led SMD amber-white switchbacks

They look the same to me. I expected the 10k to b blue but there is hardly any color difference. I think all ddm's light are the same color just advertise them as different. Kind of frustrating but it looks good cuz it matches

Couple pics of just the car

They look different in the pics as stated before but what TheSilverOne was saying was that some people will bitch about you having HID's in factory style headlights.

I'm not droppin $4-500 in projectors from BLS. yes they look awesome an I'd love to have some but I'd rather put that money somewhere else. So if ppl wanna bitch, don't bother posting. I'm

Calm down killer. lol It's your car, who cares what others think. The light output would be better with 6k fogs though!

The higher temp the brighter they seem to oncomers but less light output. You would be doing everything a favor going more towards a 4-6k, you included in that favor.

They aren't flashing cause its bright, they are flashing cause its blinding.

I got to lookin at my headlights and they aren't set right. I'll have to adjust them. They are basically straight out. That's y they are so bright. I drove my gfs blazer and she has 8k HIDS and have never been flashed. But I can't see **** either. And I know about how the temp works. Also of u get a high wattage the color gets washed out. Ie 8000k 55w looks like a 6000k 35w

An 8k 55w does not look like a 6k 35w. Ask me how I know.

I have DDM in both my lows and fogs. 8K 55W lows and 6K 35W in my fogs, they are not the same color.

If you think those are the same color, I feel sorry for you. I ordered mine and wanting them to match exactly, I don't "settle" for things on my car, I want what I want.
Most people like the look of my lows more, myself I kind of like the fogs. Compared to the lows my fogs look pure white, park my car next to something with OEM lights and you can see just how much blue really is in my fogs. 4500 is a true white. Anything higher will have a blue hue to it.

^Wait lemon you wanted them to match up as the same color temp? Im about to pull the plug on hids as well, can't make up my mind 35 vs 55, 6k vs 8k ect.. I would rather have my fogs running a higher color temp then my lows sorta like what the OP did. Either that or match them
