Well after a lot of turmoil to get these highly coveted export tail lights, they are FINALLY installed. Luckily I have good friends here on the internet who helped me complete my set! I'll save you all the gory details. Thanks again Blu Beast! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> Here's how "Red" looks now:

I also did a small performance/appearance mod for the engine bay. I aquired a ported TB for a LS-1. Sanded the exterior of it completely smooth and made it void of all markings and lettering. Painted the body red to match the valve covers, and the cam is charcoal grey. I also replaced all of the mounting hardware. Here it is:

Granted my efforts pale in comparison to the illustrious "Steve" but I am trying! ENJOY!

Andy, I've always liked the looks of the export lenses, but the price there going for now I think guys would be better off spending the $$$ ( all most $$$$ ) some where else on there car. JMO

As always your car looks great, BTW don't you guys have any snow?

Thanks for the compliments. As for today we have no snow. The roads are a little dusty with salt but I wanted to see if the TB was "OK".

Luckily I was fairly fortunate to NOT have to give an arm and a leg for the lights, even though I now have three of them! A fairly expensive appearance mod, but worth it IMHO.

Oh, Hillco shorted me on some of your goodies so I have to go there and get them on Monday.. so your shippment should go out Tuesday.. that should keep you busy for a while..

Do you have a bench polisher for the stainless button head allens?

Very nice looking. I normally dont care for the "Berger" style rear piece, but I must say it does look good on your car.

Steve damn!, don't make him get new wheels!, I have to have some company!!....If he pops for some HRE's or platinum, diamond encrtusted something's, I'll be back to step one!.....unless you can throw some of that coin my direction, I won't mind the Willwood, HRE upgrade....the "Steve Special"!!, oh I forgot, generous portions of chrome and powdercoat!!....

Andy it all looks killer, I'm sure "Red" (A.K.A. "Grand SSport) feels alot better, especially now since the Berger has been getting all the attention........funny, the most appropiate nickname for the Berger seems to be, "The Berger"..........

Thanks everybody. I too may soon adopt Steve's motto of "A mod a week is all we ask!"

Steve - As always pushing the bar ahead. As for the bench grinder/buffer, no I use my high speed hand held buffer, I do need to invest in some new garage toys!

Very nice, I like how the TB just makes a nice "pop"
inside the engine bay.

The candy corns look nice too. I'd try to get a set
myself, but I'm don't have the fundage right now for
