if this will fit my wife’s 2012 1500 Chevy
her truck came stock with a 5.3
and it had all the crap on it that breaks
that whole multi fuel displacement system, and what not
if I buy this engine, I was told all the wiring will work and I don’t have to change anything, but I kind of find that hard to believe there’s gotta be something that needs changed. There is a guy that I know that has one of those HP tuners I was gonna ask him to do whatever he does the change it from the 5.3 to the 6.0 can you think of anything else that might be a problem for me if I put this engine in my wife’s truck?
her transmission is the six speed
which I just literally just put a upgraded version with the billet shaft and all the billet parts 50 miles before the engine went out

All I see is a closeup of a cylinder head and exhaust manifold. How are we supposed to get any info from that??
There is no such thing as multi fuel displacement. You mean AFM/DOD?

If the truck needs an engine, get a junkyard 5.3 about the same year as yours.
Everything will wire up just right then.
Don't change things around. It appears you don't know jack about any of this stuff.

Yeah i dont think Ls3 heads will work on ANY 5.3. The minimum bore size is 4.00 for those heads. They will bolt up though but it will shroud the valve.
Id get a set of 243’s and be done with it. Id also recommend a dod delete, new oil pump, change the lifters, and get a L33 or whatever other stock cam you want in there.
