Top of the road north of my house. I was standing on asphalt to take the pics, the road literally dead ends all of 10ft from where the truck sits... its just the only way to get a decent background.

Or I could go with the snotty artistic answer:

"The juxtaposition of the clean polished paint against the gritty gravel represents the struggles to maintain aesthetic beauty in an harsh ugly world"

No... they haven't done the ugly plastic body cladding since the old bodystyle, when they still had the silverado front end and not the tahoe.
