Default Drilled/Slotted rotors with unpainted calipers?

cant decide if this would look stupid or not. anybody have a picture of a car that has the drilled rotors and stock, unpainted calipers? the car is a white lt1 trans am with factory chrome wheels. was thinking about buying a set of calipers and powdercoating them black, but if it looks decent without it, i may wait on that for a while.

It will look fine IMO. never really thought of painted calipers as a requirement for drilled rotors Haha

Alot of auto parts have caliper paint in many different colors. Why not just paint them while you've got it apart?

I just recently put crossdrilled/slotted rotors and pads about a month back, never really thought about painting my calipers. I might end up doing it though, but really no big deal.

Paint them silver, only takes a few hours and can be driven like 6 hours after that.

So start in the morning and drive it that night!

I put the EBC slotted/dimpled rotors on mine.. and my calipers arent painted. Its driving me crazy! I think I'm going to go with the G2 caliper paint. It's a bit expensive, but they can color match to your car using the factory paint code. Just google G2 caliper paint

Cleaned mine up with a purple scotch brite pad. Was planning on painting them, but couldn't find the right paint on time before I installed the slotted rotors. Might paint them later, it would probably be easier to keep them clean.

Although not high heat, I paint my calipers with silver base coat paint from duplicolor in a rattle can. I also paint the brackets and rotors same color, but paint the pads with color that matches paint on car. I'll try to find a pic.
