I've been thinking about what my Trans Am would look like with a black roof. The car is pewter, Torque Thrust II wheels, all the black overlays and I'm in the process of doing the Ceta mod in Semi Gloss. Do you guys think it would look good with a black roof?

 

Look at a pewter Camaro with a black roof, and that's what it will look like. Personally, I prefer body color roofs, and body color mirrors.

 

Black roof red body and mirrors IMO which I got on the camaro looks nice I think. Take a pic of your car and if you have any picture editting program black out the roof and see if you like it. It's your car do what you think looks best man

I think it looks good. However, I really don't think I would go off of what people on here say. Everyone may think it would look great, but you may hate it. So, like BFarrier said, do what you think would look best.

 

i have a black top with body color mirrors. i like it.

 

Have it wrapped! Allows you to be able to remove it in the future.

A buddy explained to me that they now offer a two stage wrapping process in which they lay down a color of choice and then come back and lay down another sheet that is clear...He showed me this process and I was shocked...IT LOOKED JUST LIKE PAINT!

 

Now that sounds like something I would do! I hate modding my car and getting stuck with something permanent!

And how are you all comparing a camaro vs trans am? As if it will look like a camaro with a black roof? They're totally different lol

 

Im pretty sure if you erase the bottom half of both cars...its the same thing lol but i see what you mean. But then again i guess also works for these kinds of questions lol

 

Have it painted. When you do, get the CETA done with the same black.

 

try duplicolor car art. its the paint that washes off. Im gonna try this sometime in a gloss black on the sail and the mirrors. If i like it, i may do it permanent

 

Black top, body color mirrors here i like it put have wondered if i would like the opposite.
