picture really is worthless because to see the whole line i have to take from a distance and from a distance you really cant see it unless you are pretty close up..the best way to describe it is like there is dirt embedded in the clear coat...i was told wet sanding is the way to get rid of it but i wanna know if theres an easier way....ill see if i can try and get a picture

Not really anything else you can do to get rid of it. I had to wet sand and buff both of my trucks when I pulled the body moldings and decals. The clearcoat was even distorted behind the decals I got most of it out but not all of it. If you dont know where to look you cant see it, but it still drives me nuts

Try to clay bar it and hit it with some cleaner wax.. should knock it off..

If not a buffer with a strong cutting polish will

that's how mine was. It's left over residue from the glue. Just scrub the crap out of it with soap and water and then hit with some swirl x and some wax. It will take more than one time, but it gets the job done with a little bit of work.

If its glue residue, use goo gone. Its gentle enough for paint. DO NOT use goof off.

Simple solution.

Get some paint thinner, dip a cloth in it, and rub and rub. Paint thinner WILL NOT hurt your paint unless it's new paint and not cured and paint thinner will take that adhesive off easily.
