Shitty pic I know (Night mode), but I was considering tint on the tails, but decided the LT1 tails would look better.

Your car is not all black. You have the chrome lip wheels and red calipers, and the reverse lights are not blacked out. It's not much but it's some color/contrast against the black and makes a difference. All black is ALL black...

Not a fan of satin black on a car though, but it is distinct and stands out...

You can NEVER go wrong with "to much black". Sorry but to whoever says otherwise Here's mine & I love the all black. Get complements everywhere I go. Now I just need to lower it & throw a sunoco style hood on it.

I love a shiny black car with flat black graphics, but that's just my opinion.

Red calipers look great on black cars, so that's good. I believe it about the rear looking bad with the reverse lights blacked out too. That would just be a black bar then, look funny. Those little normal lights keep it looking 'right'...

Bah, sure you can. Too much black can look ghetto sometimes. Not saying yours does. It depends on the car and what all is black and the style, but it can definitely come out looking crappy...

Yeah I'm thinking the LT1 tails might work nicely. I could probably pick some up from the local salvage yard for pretty cheap just to try it out.

Looks good, do you have any shots from the back of the car?

Like the T/A posted, would maybe masking off the backup light section on the tails be enough contrast on a Camaro?

Thanks yea I taped off the reverse lights & sprayed the taillights with VHT nightshade from Ebay got 2 cans for like $12. I didn't wanna lose the reverse brightness at night time because my back window is limo lol. Also I like the look of it

This is an older pic

ok Doggy, I have to admit, yours does look pretty sweet in all black. I think Camaros in particular lend themselves to looking good blacked out, moreso than some other cars...

I think the exposed backup lights may be the way to go...

Agreed. I liked that on both the TA and Camaro above. A solid blacked out light bar would be too much, but that little bit of white lights showing through brings it together nicely...

Leave the reverse lights clear, black out the tails, black with chrome lip wheels, stainless or chrome emblems and fill ins, whistler mod, and SLP grille
