I just want to match my stainless steel inserts nicely and since the car is NBM.
I tinted my old tail lights w/ sheet tint and it looked like the above pic, it was real nice, not too dark.....

Here's what I did to my buddy's GTO tail lights. He sprayed them. Looked like crap because he didn't buff them. I spent maybe 10 minutes top on them to get them looking half decent. I tried to talk him into lettin me redo it all with half the coats, but he wanted the blacked out look, so I just polished them up for him.
After on the left, before on the right. Has room for even more polishing and improvement.

I feel like just keeping my tails stock and getting the clear/smoked markers and signals when I get the grille, can't risk messing up or having them permanent like that and I really want the smoked look, not black......
