I had 5% on my old car and now have 15%. I really enjoy the 15%, 5% was too dark at night.

Mine is 5 on back and sides. I don't want everyone being able to see me inside my car. And it's almost impossible to see inside it when my sun shade is on the windshield and it's parked. Really helps keep the interior cooler but kinda sucks at night. Anything lower than 20% is a waste IMO

I know old but looking into tinting my car. was wondering about a decent tint. not looking for blackout windows lol
I was thinking 35% the rear and 40% on the fronts. I know, not as dark as most of ya'll but I like to "see" lol

I got 20 on my sides and rear, and its quality tint, and the visibility is amazingly good looking out, even the rear. yet its dark enough to conceal the inside well.

I just got mine retinted, 20% fronts and 5% rear. Mine has the ttops so I think the 20% tint on front doors don't looks as dark as a non ttop car IMHO. I would have liked to have gone darker, but I'm pushing my luck it being a red car. LOL!!

I feel the same as you lol. I mainly like light tint cause it loos cleaner IMO. My cousin has 5% on his car and its hard as crap to see out at night

yeah I ordered 35% all around to try out. My Expedition has some kid of dark factory tint on the rear half of the SUV so id imagine the rear of my car can somewhat mimic that without getting into too much trouble lol
