define 'best' in your opinion...

cheapest would probably be some stock BMW take offs - search Craigslist, I've seen several full sets with decent tires 18x8/9 for $200 but most of them are either full-faced or odd styles...

best 18s on a budget imo are oewheels c5dd, by far the best looking cheap wheel for a camaro, wrap wheels ??? are you just looking for tires or a package, you can always buy them and have someone wrap them for you and open them on your b day lol

I've got 18" Corvette spiders, and I think those look the best on MY car, but looks are a personal preferance. I got mine cheap through 6LE.

to me the best are the 18's C5 Z06 wheels black with the studs. Not a fan of the 17's too small on that type of wheel. The C6Z dish wheels black with studs looks good as well. To me a rim has to have some dish small or big.

I had the c5 DD on mine snd I think they are one of the best cheaper wheel out there... They kinda look like the ccw 505's and only run about $1200 a set w/tires from OE
