Since I no longer live or park on a college campus the moldings on the 99 I'm getting should probably come off!

I watched the video and I do it a little differently. Instead of sawing through the molding with the fishing line, I heat the molding up a section at a time, then peel the molding off. Most of the glue comes with the molding and you spend less time peeling off any residue with your fingers. I've done three cars this way, seems a little quicker and less blister inducing than the video.

I think I'm going to do it alittle differently myself; tell me if it's weak: Start by blow drying each section, spray some goo gone so it can soak inside the molding, start sawing with the fishing line, peel off, take off the rest of the adhesive with blow dryer/goo gone, wash/wax, etc.

I did mine about a year ago, wow it sucked lol i sawed through it with fishing line. i never heated it up though, but the glue left on the car sucked to get off. i suggest growing some thumb nails out. i tried goo gone and had little result i have to peel it all off by hand. but i guess its different for everyone.. good luck and post pics

Turtle makes this glue and bug remover in a white spray can... I literally sprayed and let soak...sprayed again...
Got the card in a corner..and slowly tilted and peeled away..
On a hot summer day you can see what the glue is doing...just take your time...
Spray and soap down that area to clean off spray..and compound to blend if you need it
