What front bumper is this!?!?!?
Not new to the f-body world... But apparently I've never paid enough attention to the fronts of the birds as the last 15 f-bodys i've had have been camaros. Looking to buy this car and the fellow just sent me more pictures, and this is what i got. Looks like a mix between a regular firebird/formula and a trans am bumper??

Looks like a bit of an odd bulge along the bottom ends of the bumper.. Guess someone just molded corners with fogs from a Formula/Firebird bumper on to a T/A bumper? Seems like it would be easy enough to cut out that section of a bumper and mold the other in... But 'why' is the question
May just be the low quality pic, but it appears that you can see the spot where they attempted to mold the new section in... Looks like a bulge at the bottom section and a raised area at the top?

Yes...not sure either. The more I look at the picture "not cared for well" comes to mind. Its a few hours away...so unless he hits me with a cheaper price, I may not get any more pictures. But I'll see if I can get him to send me some.

I'd assume the opposite, a person who has fabrication skills and cared enough to try that out is probably into his cars, and probably takes good care of them. Though I personally don't care for the end result... it still shows some effort has been put into the car.

1998-2002 Firebird base coupe and Formula had these bumpers
Both had that opening for the license plate cover, but the noticeable difference is the setup of the fog lights and turn signal areas as you can see. I hope that helps.
