Default Rare Meguiars #16

Some of you guys have heard me talk about this wax and recommend it as it has amazing looks and astonishing durability (when applied properly). However since its been discontinued, its super hard to find. Example....someone listed 3 for sale on a detail forum recently and very quickly 2 were already gone. I managed to snag the last one. I already have enough #16 for myself, so if someone is interested in picking this up PM me.

Mods, hope this is ok....no one in the for sale section is gonna know what I'm talking about lol.

Replied.

Taking offers on it. What these go for goes with the supply. Not a lot of them left out there.

Could you tell me how this differs from carnauba wax? Does it mainly last longer? How much are you asking for it?

Thanks

It is a carnauba wax. Durability depends on how you use the car, conditions, washings, etc. On a daily driver outside I've seen 5+ months which is exceptional. It is one of the best looking waxes out there. Looks as good as my $300 Swissvax wax.

I usually use M26, hmmm...

I found a company online who I'm pretty sure is selling this same wax. Says they even melt it down before shipping so it's fresh. I didn't get a price from you but if your asking less than $30, let me know.

Can you use this by hand or does it have to be with a polisher or what?

You can put any wax (that I've ever seen) on by hand.

Saw on FB that a bunch of you guys got some Megs #16 from Kevin Brown (Buff Daddy)....the most he's sold in several years. You guys got some good, freshly melted and re-poured wax coming! Small world haha!

+1 for Kevin Brown, he's a cool guy.
