Any CF on your car already? If not, I would go painted. If yes, then go CF

BTW, car looks great!

i'm not normally a fan of the carbon fiber but, with your car color i think it would look brilliant!

Good idea, the reason i,m changing it is because of the dreaded bubbles. Wrapping would give me a better idea of how to go before spending the big money.

I really want to get a CF one for mine. I'd say go for one too, only because I'd love to see how it looks. If you get it and don't like it, I'd be more than willing to take it off your hands.

LOL, it would be nice if someone on here had one we could both see.

Ha right!?

I was contemplating buying one today or tomorrow because of their 15% sale, but I'm going to hold off for now.

I dunno, I think it'll look really good so I'm just going to grab one when I get around to it.

Black. Keep it clean and simple like the rest of your car.

Definitely paint it black, the cf doesnt look all that great, especially on a pewter car w/ stripes. It will also be alot less expensive to just paint it.

I just went with a black metallic on the sail and mirrors. Looks great.

I was also thinking that if the CF looks too out of place I could go with a tinted clear over the panel to darken it out, while still leaving the weave visible.

I kind of want to hear some other opinions on my idea above. Anyone?

So annoying when the thread views implies you guys have read this, and none of you at least have an opinion on it?

I mean, I don't even care at this point, because I'm gonna do it anyway, but it would be nice to hear something. I love coming to this board and seeing what you guys come up with. This is the appearance section, even though to each his own, I think we owe it to each other to be brutally honest with our opinions. It's nice to hear what other people really think about something you enjoy so much. /rant

I like the idea , problem is I,m more confused than ever.
Maybe what I,ll do is order the cf ,tint it and if I don,t like it I,ll paint it.

The carbon fiber is what $100 more? I say get CF and if you want to paint it later then do that.
