Just don't buy ebay headlights with halos. I used them for years and had to upgrade my fogs and add driving lights to see at night well (8 total lights on the front of the car). Just get HIDs in a projector either buy them from BLS or build your own. You'll be a lot better off.

Dont get anything that isnt a depot headlight, the fitment and performance of any halo's are crappy (owner of two sets) I will be buying them from 6le next time or getting a pair of stocks from a yard and cleaning them and whistlering them myself. The aftermarket mounting components make getting any aftermarket headlights to even fit quite a task let alone aligning them correctly.

Here are my headlights after just wetsanding and polish. I had to do the process 3-4 times because I just couldn't get them right.
After, all I did was use the Sylvania clear coat. You can see the difference around the plastic stubs, where I missed some clear.
As far as your lighting system, Sonar headlights are a decent ebay choice. The best drop in kit would be BLS. If you don't mind doing the work yourself, do a projector retrofit while you have the housings open to do the whistler mod. I have Morimoto H1 Mini projectors from The Retrofit Source. Check out the lighting faq to see other's setups. https://ls1tech.com/forums/7014483-post4.html
Here's my setup. Morimoto Mini H1's, Retrofit Source HID kit. Don't bother with ebay HID kits.

Mothers makes a decent kit that comes with the different grit pads and a polishing ball you can use with a drill. Just set aside 3-4 hours to sit down and go at them. You may have to repeat the process a few times over.
They will look worse when you start sanding; this is normal. Keep going and they will be clear when you are done polishing.
