Emblempros SOM Trans Am for sale????
Ok,
This car is not for sale at this time, but It probably will be after labor day.
This is the SOM car on our website.
1) The bubbling roof issue these cars are famous for has been completely and forever fixed on this car. $900.00
2) 29,000 original miles on car. Has not been driven in about one year, so I am going by memory. Might be 29,000 and some small change. And the last previous time driven, was another year before that.
3) SOM paint, Black and tan/Camel interior. T-Tops, etc....Has everything! Real WS6 Ram Air Car.
4) Has our stainless emblems on it. Pontiac Letters / Trans Am Door Emblems / Front bird / Hood Grills / Heat extractors / A Few underhood items as well.
5) Has some interior hydro carbon fiber work, looks nice. Speedometer bezel, Console door handle cups, radio bezel, and switchplates.
6) Brushed decorated sills.
7) White gage faces.
8) Chrome AC vent rings.
9) Boyd Cottington Smoothies.
10) Sequential tailights.
11) Sub Frame connectors
12) Remote start.
13) Unmolested car. Anything Cosmetically I have done to this car can simply be removed if desired. That's the way I did it on purpose.
Absolutely no known mechanical issues. Absolutley no leaks anywhere. Fully loaded car, everything works like it is supposed to.
I am just putting out the word on multiple forums that this will probably happen. Laugh, cry, or whatever you like to do, but the price will be $15,000.00 firm. Or I will simply keep it. I do not need to sell it, I just figured maybe someone else might actually drive it some.
Last body style, not to ever be made again. Not very many in this condition Either. These last two reasons are why I really do not mind keeping it, if I end up doing so.
Thanks, Roger

$15k for that? I think that is a fair price considering the low miles and it already has some of your stuff on the car so someone would be an idiot if they don't take it buy saying that's way to high.

Hi roger, just out of interest what glue did you use to put your new sail panel on with as I'm about to put my new sail panel on in the next couple of weeks and would not want the same issue by using the wrong glue, would windshield glue be ok?.
Your car looks like new very nice.
Your car looks like new very nice.
The new piece has to be non porous so this cannot happen again. That is more important than the type of glue.
I would simply call a dealer and ask what they use.
Thanks, Roger

I updated my original description with some more information.
If anyone is interested please send me a P.M.
