Trans am to Formula front bumper conversion ??
I'm wondering if it's possible to change the front bumper of a trans am to a formula or the fire hawk's.
what would i need other than the bumper?
what's your take on the looks?
thank's in advance

dont quote me on this but i think the only other thing you would need is the fog/running lights (may be some diffrent wiring?) but other than that should be a pretty direct swap. I think they look pretty good on the right car and color

Pretty positive you'd need the bumper crash supports too.
Also, there is no such thing as a "firehawk bumper." You can have either a Firehawk Trans am (has a trans am bumper) or a Firehawk Formula (has a formula bumper).

wasn't sure about the fire hawk anyway, the problem is i found out that the former user of the car in US, had the right side fender welded with the front bumper, so i need a right fender and front bumper now.
car is a 02 Red Ws6, i'm planning on changing the fog lights and get HID for fogs only. (won't pass inspection here).
anyway, is there anything else other than crash supports?(planning on getting rid of crash supports ... weight reduction )

A stock bumper cover can be modified to go with a Firehawk hood, but it would have to be cut. The only difference between them is the center area where the hood latch is... the Firehawk nose is cut there to accomodate a hood that sits flush with it, where the stock and WS6 hoods rest on top of it.

check the attachments for the nasty pics
i had to redo the same thing due to the lack of budget but i certainly don't intend to leave it that way.
so now that i want to get that done i'm thinking the option of getting a formula's front thinking it might be more sexy ...

^thats the crash support mentioned above, or impact absorber it has several names.
the fog lights from the forumla bumper are the same size as the trans am ones i believe, but you will need a bracket to mount them with. but the holes should should already be in the correct place (mines a firebird with the trans am front and rear bumer)
that is some stought repair i have never seen something bond urethane and metal together!
you will also need the turn signals aside from that you should be good
oh the reason you need the new crash pad is because of the location of the fog lights on the Trans Am. it will have 2 big holes in the center for the fogs to go through
