Default Hydro Graphic printing

Being in North Pole Alaska there are not a lot of options for things like power coating, and hydro dipping. So I am planning on being the first one to offer it to the area.

We already have films, activator, and some other odds and ends on the way to start playing with it. When I get back from NTC in a month we will start building our tank. We are planing on something at least 10 feet long, but as most things in Alaska and car related this **** can get expensive. We are looking at 3000 in stainless steel before any of the pluming.

So if anyone wants to follow our build and first dips stick around.

We got our activator and film in and have been playing with it but I had to go to NTC the day after we got it. We had some stuff turn out very well just using a tote filled with 90 degree water. As soon as I get back I will post some pics of what we have done and the building of our tank.

Ntc sucks! Im stationed here for 26 more days. But good luck on getting in the hydro dipping business. I've been thinking about it when I get back home.

1 1/2 drain on the dipping side

Spots for heaters and pump to be threaded in. (It's up to Bryan if I can share pics of everything installed they are his heaters, pump and controller.) I down want to take any money out of his pocket.

For the devider I cheated and used left over pieces that were to short, I have another piece to add to it that will make sure that the water flows over the filter.

Lastly the garage got a much needed cleaning, there were 5 engines laying around and just a bunch of junk. So far I have used about 8 lbs of wire and 240 cubic feet of shielding gas.
