Default What grit needed?

Quick question fellas. I had my car painted about 3 1/2 years ago. Used really cheap clear coat(omni). It started peeling about 7 months into it with a small spider crack on the rear bumper. So I wanted to start sanding it down to re-clear.
What grit would be best and wet sand I'm assuming is best. Newbie to paint so any help would be great. Yes...the search button works but was looking for help on my personal situation. Thanks fellas

Is bad as that is you are going to have to remove everything. It'd probably use 180-220 grit and finish up with 320 and then wet 400. After that it will be ready for primer/sealer.

What he said ^ the whole car needs to be primed. After that I'd sand it with 500, then you'll be ready for paint
