just send him a message on ebay under the user name USXDesigns, he'll answer your questions and give you any contact info you need, it may take him a day or 2 to respond tho. I don't know where he stands on having his personal info all over the web, being the number he gives to customers is his cell phone.

Nah he seems to be behind again... He got back to me really fast on the first one but I still haven't gotten a response on the next one and it's been almost 2 months... But I agree with not giving out his number...

well I can tell you about a month or so ago he had a bad batch of gel-coat that put him at having to repair the molds and rebuild 4 hoods and it then took him a few weeks of "16-18 hour days" (his words exactly) to get caught back up, so I wouldn't be surprised if he was still backed up from all those hoods he sold while he was rebuilding the others, from the time I won my auction to the day it shipped ended up right about 7 weeks due to the gel-coat delay, plus this weekend was a holiday weekend and this is also the first week of summer vacation in some places.

he always said if he doesn't respond in a few hours (I usually gave it a day) to just resend the message, his phone sometimes misses text messages, he will get back to you when he has a chance, remember he is a one man operation doing all this.

 

I was just looking for his number to do business, nothing else. I sent a couple of emails and no response. I can't understand why a phone number would be so coveted but whatever.

 

he's a one man show... basically the definition of a small business... THAT's why contact with him is so "coveted"... and I'm sure he constantly gets bombed with questions... *I* don't have his number so I don't have anything to give you regardless of your intent... all most of us can do is give you the way we have gotten in contact with him and let you go from there... if he doesn't get ahold of you back then that's the way it is... if you want his business bad enough then keep at it... in MY experience he will get back to you when he has the opportunity... but hes human so sometimes he forgets or gets overwhelmed or whatever... if you want it bad enough then continue to try
