Default Black or read suspension components???

I have a black 2000 ss and I'm starting to look in lowering the car so time for some suspension parts. The car has black 10 spokes, 20% tint and my stb is black but that's no biggie to change the color.

Go"read" (think you meant red) to break things up a bit.

Well black keeps it looking stock, red lets you know there is a little work done because it is easily seen.

Read is the newest craze. I mean hell, look how much money is spent getting kids to do it.

There was even that old show coming back, what was it Reading Rainbow? Yea the one with the dude from Star Trek.

It seems that Read would be the way to go.

In all seriousness, even if the springs were hot pink with polka dots if it lowered that 4x4 you would be in good shape.

Stick with black. IMO it would look strange with red unless you paint your calibers red, and have some red some where else visible on your camaro like red around your wheels or something, and keep the brake lights stock. The only red I see on your car from the pic you posted is the red of the badge on the front fascia.

Black would blend better other wise IMO. Just depends on the final look you are looking for.

I just say that i put read, lol. The only red is the Chevy and ss badge on the back, the ss on the fenders, and the tail lights. I might get little red ss stickers for the center caps.

Red, draws a little attention when its seen. But I personally would leave the stb black.

If that were my car I would spray the brake calibers red to tie it into the suspension if you decide to go with red suspension parts. That would look really good IMHO, and draw more attention to the car and suspension.

Definitely keep the STB black.

Uhh. Who cares? It's all under the car. I personally kinda feel like having red suspension is like having colored wire loom all over your engine bay.

I did red on mine. When you see little hints of it... well it pops and let's folks know you did a little work on there.
