Default Projector headlamp cover. Recognize this? Help

Bought ws6 with the hella hid lamps. The car also came wclear plastic, domed covers for each beam. Please see pic attached. Need to know where I can get replacements

the clear plastic covers seem old and are brittle. I broke/cracked a couple during removal and install.

Anyone know where I can find replacements?

Thank you

The bucket with the Hella Projectors is the BLS Projector Kit.
(Blackbird Lighting Solutions).
If you can get ahold of him, you might be able to buy new covers.
But it could also be pieced together from parts on ebay and amazon as well.
The mounting plates you can get on ebay and the projectors are on Amazon.
I don't know if anyone else makes those covers though.

Those Hella projectors are technically sealed projectors and you can run without those covers if you need.

The D2S bi-xenon projectors in the other buckets are not sealed and do need those covers and sealant/gasket between the cover and mounting plate.

That bi-xenon one is a bit of a mystery to me though. BLS was looking into a kit with those or another, but I'm not sure he released a set. That might be custom. But those covers look like the same ones.

I got an email from Brian at BLS earlier today confirming that they're not making any kits right now. I too was looking into a suitable replacement for a protective cover for the projector lens.

Thanks VIP1 and Gstam

i emailed and haven’t heard back, however, it doesn’t seem theyll have them if they’re not making any more kits. I contacted a couple 3D printers and no one seems interested. I may keep the Hella uncovered and the xenon sealed with two of the better looking covers. Thanks again

3D printer won't do it. Those where vacuum formed.

If you can't find someone to make you a copy, you can build a vacuum table and do it yourself. I've never done it, but I've seen threads and videos on it. Doesn't look too bad. Yeah, I know, famous last words

Yea he wont respond to any of my emails either, I've been trying to find the same, I've also looked in vacuum molding them myself, if you turn the original headlamps around the back side looks like itll made a perfect mold. But who knows, wish we could find his manufacturer.

yeah, still no response in email. For now, I’m using the remaining two non cracked lenses over the non waterproof projector. So far, I’m ok with the look for now. Once this swap project is over, I’ll look into making the lenses.

Thanks for you’re responses.

I've been reading up on converting to a non-sealed housing and LED bulbs, but I'm not sold. I assume you all feel these projector setups are that much better than they're worth the conversion?

I didn’t do the conversion personally, however, I would go through whatever it took to get to this look. Functionality is really good too. Overall I think it modernizes the front of the car and provides much better lighting.

Those lenses were made in house. They had issues with their thermoforming machine and the mini D2S projector was discontinued. You can still get them but the quality control is very hit or miss.

They are still doing the Camaro and other headlights.
