Projector headlamp cover. Recognize this? Help
the clear plastic covers seem old and are brittle. I broke/cracked a couple during removal and install.
Anyone know where I can find replacements?
Thank you

If you can get ahold of him, you might be able to buy new covers.
But it could also be pieced together from parts on ebay and amazon as well.
The mounting plates you can get on ebay and the projectors are on Amazon.
I don't know if anyone else makes those covers though.
Those Hella projectors are technically sealed projectors and you can run without those covers if you need.
The D2S bi-xenon projectors in the other buckets are not sealed and do need those covers and sealant/gasket between the cover and mounting plate.
That bi-xenon one is a bit of a mystery to me though. BLS was looking into a kit with those or another, but I'm not sure he released a set. That might be custom. But those covers look like the same ones.

i emailed and haven’t heard back, however, it doesn’t seem theyll have them if they’re not making any more kits. I contacted a couple 3D printers and no one seems interested. I may keep the Hella uncovered and the xenon sealed with two of the better looking covers. Thanks again
If you can't find someone to make you a copy, you can build a vacuum table and do it yourself. I've never done it, but I've seen threads and videos on it. Doesn't look too bad. Yeah, I know, famous last words
Thanks for you’re responses.
