Nice!!! They pop up on ebay from time to time.

I'd love to get one of the spoilers they made, but never see them

Man its I know this will probably never be seen, but it really awesome to see my dads old products still in circulation and to see that people are still looking for them! At this point I'm 21 and will be 22 this year some September, and When my dad was at this age, was when he had that black 4th gen Trans Am. Its also when he was designing and building those aftermarket pieces. After growing up and seeing his past and even growing up with that exact car, I fell in love with the firebirds! Sure enough, me and my twin brother now have Firebirds of our own! V6 but still absolutely love that car. My dad now has a new stock 2001 Trans Am, same color (Black) and even the original front plate cover piece and rear hatch cover piece!! Anyways just to summarize, I just love seeing fellow F-body lovers still showing love for his Ideas and products, he hasn't been on this website in over 10 years and I just showed him this post and it truly brought a smile to his face! thank you all!!

your dad is an absolute bad *** man. Some of the best looking fbody parts ever made. I’ll never sell this one unless he wanted it for memories lol. Did he ever say how many bumpers he made total? I always heard 7.

he made less than 10 i believe. I keep trying to convince him to remake a bumper or hood for me and my brother’s car, or just for the firebirds in general. I don’t think he really knows how many people would be interested in something like that again.

yep I built it back in the early 2000s when I was 19. It’s somewhere in Pennsylvania. I have the owners name and number. I’ve tried calling to buy it back and he won’t answer my calls, texts or emails.

There was one TA back in the early 00s here that had that bumper. I always liked it. I think it would be a cool wall piece. I have a quarter panel off of a 06 SRT10 Viper on the wall upstairs. My boys love it.

Do some foglight in the bumper! That would be badass! I think I may hang my Z hood and spoiler upstairs since no one wants it.

The Trans Am in my opinion is one of the best looking cars ever made. To me it stood the test of time. You can see them. I bet they were bright lol.

That's awesome you shared this! I did my own bumper but I'd love spoiler if he decides to get back into it.

I've seen this front bumper on a V6 firebird before and never figured out what it was, looks pretty cool though and different.
