There are GTO fuel rail covers, but they say "GTO" on them. You can grind down the lettering and do whatever you'd like. I did that for my dad's Impala SS.
The answer is no, there are not LS1 specific fuel rail covers. You can make them out of LS1 Corvette covers by shortening them, filling in the Corvette part, sand and paint. I did not make these, I bought them.
Afterthoughts Auto used to sell these but not for years. I picked up a pair of Corvette LS1 covers and will be cutting, filling, painting to use for my car. The hardest part is finding covers with all the bolt clips still intact and figuring out how much to cut.
I did this project as well. Cut out where the fuel lines go and some other small areas to clearance them. Sand it, fill in the Corvette part, use adhesive promotor for the plastic. I used high build primer from a rattle can and matching paint for rattle can as well. I would highly suggest to put some kind of heat reflective tape or something on the under side. The paint started bubbling after a couple of heat cycles when on the motor because the headers.
Don't know if this would work for you but I've been using LS3 coil covers. Then I fab a piece of 1/8" flat stock to cover up the Corvette logo. Weld in three 10-24 studs into the 1/8" to hold it to the cover. Paint the insert black. Then get some graphics from a local graphics place. See pic.
I remember there were companies that used to sell aftermarket LS1 FRC, kind on par with OEM Corvette pieces pricewise, so I guess most opted for OEM. I myself have been sporting OEM red Corvette LS1 FRC in my Trans Am.
