Default Pics of my US Exoctics Superhawk hood

I think the hood turned out great. I have a small adjustment to make on the drivers side light and have to paint the vents and grill black. They were black but the tape we used pulled that off so I need to touch it up.

It always does have an orange tint to it in pics. The car has 4800 miles on it and has never seen a drop of rain. I always keep it freshly waxed and there is not a blemish on it anywhere. We didnt have to blend the fenders or lights because the paint was so new. There are more pics at my cardomain site.

He deals on Ebay. I believe there was talks of him hooking up with a sponsor on here but I dont know if everything worked out or not. Roger makes these hoods in a "made to order" operation. I picked mine up since Im only a few hours from him. It was a beautiful ride and Roger helped me put the hood on and spent alot of time until it was perfect. He does ship his hoods and is also the creator of some other very nice hoods. Ws9 seems to be his most popular from what I am seeing on this site.

Hey txhorns281
I forgot to PM you about the hood. I told you before your car was one of the deciding factors on me going with this hood. Very glad I did. Maybe we can start a Superhawk club

Roger is also coming up with a few designs for the Camaro. Can't wait to see what he comes up with. He is also working on a wide body kit that is a bit different than the Dick Harrell edition.

What wheels are we gonna standardize on for SuperHawks ???

Thanksgiving is coming a week too early!!! I have been curing the hood on the car, rather than under the bake lights. Get it painted after TurkeyDay I guess...

That would be funny... glad it came out looking the way it does.. buh-ling! If we did start a club we could be all "exclusive" like firehawk owners

Looks good! Boy we should post a thread for all superhawk hood owners and see how many we have and where everyone is at.

That is a SLP Firehawk Hood. You shouldn't be able to buy one unless it is for a Firehawk. We don't need Firehawk Clones out there.

It's not a firehawk hood. Notice the heat extracters on the corners of the hood neareast the windshield. This is a custom design made from fiberglass. From what I hear, they are excellent quality, and the designer spent ALOT of time getting it perfect. It does look like a firehawk hood, but I have not seen one person with this hood try to pass their car off as a firehawk.

Someone protective over their extra money spent? No one is trying to pass the car off as a Firehawk.

I'm glad someone is finally offering a hood of this design to the public. Its been a long time coming. I'm still sticking with my SCC Raptor hood but if this were available back in the day when I got mine I would have went with this. The quality and fit look very nice from the pics.

Dude the Heat Extractors are the same as a Firehawks. It is identical. Maybe it was custom made. Custom made to look like a Firehawk. I think I know what my hood looks like.
