There is a U.S. law that prohibits this type of criminal behaviour:
Section 2317 of the S.C.A. act states:
Any person or person(s) found guilty of harming, permanently scaring, or attempting to modify an American Classic F-Body to appear as to have been originally manufactured overseas, shall be guilty of a Felony of the first Degree.
First offense for this crime carries the following penalty: 10 years counseling by state licensed therapist, and 5 years labor at a wrecking yard removing boogers from under the seats of mini vans.
