Just making sure if this will be available as a pin on hood? I can't believe a company is actually making something that everyone wants. It is like have a custom hood shop for the fbod crowd, Thank you!

You know, we have a saying here (at the shop) - you wanna start on monday?
seriously, we are considering the fender project - however, we are limited on guys and time and have many many projects to complete first...so if they are available it will be some time (possibly by the summer or so)....

The sunoco will be available in both the pin on and bolt on versions....

Thanks!!

Just wanted to see if you all were thinking about it. Stangkiller and i (nealwku98ta) brought this threads info on over to ls2 and there is alot of interest over there in this hood and even more so the fenders.

I think I may need one of the hoods with the line in it. Damn it looks good. And I can pick it up! No shipping!

Also have you considered making the spoiler? I know LG makes the G2 spoiler, but I have not seen it in person yet, and in pictures it does not look to have the contours as the one on the sunuco camaro, which just looks badass. Also the fenders, if you could do that

Bingo. Looks too much like a standard cowl otherwise.

the spoiler would look great if it was like the G2, but blended into the factory piece. so make a total factory replacement with that spoiler blended in, so there wont be that ugly two piece look.

Hi Guys.
Thanks for bringing the thread over to ls2 it seems the interest there will be good too...
looking at the car however, if we were to do the fenders, we may need to do the quarters (to match up), then additionally we would need to make the rear bumper and the spoiler....although i'm sure that there will be an excellent market for this, i'm really not sure if we'll be able to do this. the first problem would be that we would need the parts to make molds from. the second problem would be time to make this project and complete our other projects we have going in a timely manner to keep all of our customers happy...
i'll talk to the owner more about these additional parts and see what we can/cannot do.
Thanks!
Jeanie

me too. I'm so excited for this hood. I've been trying to figure out which one I want to buy for so long, and this is definetely the one. The closer to that blue sunoco camaro pic the better. And another vote for the fenders too. If you could figure a way to do it, I would definetely buy it. that's the one thing I miss on the camaro vs the firebird, the more pronounced fenders. either way just posting to bump and say I'm excited!!!

We're still trying for this time frame on the hood. The mold should be ready around the beginning of the month....from that point, the position on our gp list (which i will start very shortly), will determine the amount of time that it takes for everyone to recieve their hood. But, we will be running these thru constantly - to help keep the wait time down to a minimum....we understand everyone is pretty anxious... The scoop without the line will be available first - while the scoop/hood with the middle body line will be available shortly after.
I really like the entire package on these cars myself - looks very cool ....i just want to be realistic with everyone....we're still talking with the owner to see what we can/cannot do...so hopefully i can have a definate answer pretty soon for everyone.

Well good job on the hood for one VFN. Glad another alternative is being brought out there with smooth lines to match the 4th gens. The fender project would be a huge one, but I really think it would pay off in the end, so many people would be looking to transform their car into that racecar! Can't wait to see one of these hoods in person.
