The spirit of this forum is for a bunch of folks with something in common (4th gen F-bodies) to get to gether, share ideas and to help one another out. That's all I'm trying to do.

I'm sorry if you find my comments annoying. Maybe I should have posted a few links to aftermarket halo kits for you? If cgworth had elaberated on what he wanted, I would have hooked him up with some info to help him, but he got an attitude instead and didn't bother to give details.

I can be mean if you want and say that if certain people would stop asking ignorant, stupid questions, I wouldn't come off sounding like a know it all. Simple as that.

Easiest place to get them is e-bay for about $25-$30. Here is link to make your own, it's pretty cool.

Angel eyes would probably look good with the aftermarket fixed headlights.

Note, this has nothing to do with LT1-7's design. Just me goofing around with ideas.
For a car designed with pop up headlights, I can't see any design ever looking better than the original pop ups. The whole euro projector style light is pretty overdone IMO. I get sick of seeing them on so many cars. On a BMW fine, on an American Muscle car that's anything but European I just can't see it looking good.

Still I will reserve final judgement for the finished product. Personally I like pop-up headlights. They are my preference for sports cars in general.

For the record the last one in that series looked by FAR the best.

you must love the 80s

pop-ups break, and are not very aerodynamic. I think they break up the clean lines of the car.

That's funny, I never thought of projectors as being a European thing. They are superior, simple as that. All cars should have them and probably will eventually. At the moment reflector designs are cheaper to make.

Pop ups are air brakes, just think of the gas money you will save at night! These babies will pay for themselves! Lol!! Im sure when they are done they will look great, the money is right for a HID kit but I am worried about moisture under the lens? I am curious about the design.
