how do i hide the imperfections? i've been using meguiars three step deep crystal system, and i'm pretty happy with it, but i want better results. i'm looking for something that can hid all those tiny scrathes, you know the ones that really show when the sun shines on the car. can anyone give me advice?
NXT works really well to cover them up the swirl marks, but it doesn't last all the long and it attracts dust like crazy.
Your best bet is to have it professionally buffed and remove all of those fine little swirl marks.

Like ZaneO said, you can correct them yourself with some time, money and effort. Work on them with a Porter Cable dual action polisher and some good materials (i.e. true polish, not just glaze) and those scratches and swirls will come out. There is a FAQ about the Porter Cable at the top of this forum, written by some creepy Mexican guy.

you can do it by hand too but its a bitch really. I did this guys fender on an 02 dodge ram with IP/FPII AIO/SG and i removed all the spider webs. **** i didnt think it would work but sure enough it did. However when i do the truck ill be using the PC. It just goes to show you can remove swirls with a little effort but itll take you all day long. Oh btw i dont like the megs 3 step system get your self some menzerna or something like poorboys swirl removers.
