Well, I've been wanting these for a long time too and am thinking of going with either CoolFlex or Earl's Form a Flex for the radiator hoses. You can not use braided line as the radius of some of the turns are way too tight for braided hose. In fact, in their pictures it looks as if they used CoolFlex hose for the radiator. The problem I found on the heater hoses is that they both change diameter from one end to the other. They start out as 3/4" and end up as 5/8" on the other end. How is that going to be solved?? If anybody has ideas let me know as I want to replace all this stuff.

Thanks
Bryan

since they custom make them they might be able to put some kind of coupling on there to change the sizes. surely it is not the first one like this they have come across

I used a place in Signal Hill, CA.. called Deering Industries.. Just send him your stock hoses and he will re-create them in teflon lined braided using the factory ends (for the AC)

Most cities should have someone to do this sort of deal..

Yea, he cuts off the OEM AC ends and welds them to male AN fittings.. then you are good to go. The hoses are special for AC so the freon does not leak out..

You can see them pretty good in this pic:
