Those are Hella Fog / driving lights. I think FF75? or something like that. It's a common conversion done the LT1 headlights as an alternative to the PIAA conversion or the hella 90mm conversion. A bunch of members over at camaroz28.com have it done.

Yes those are the same but you can buy the sets brand new off ebay for $38 shipped all day long from a guy named offroad911. I have the Hella's on my car and i love them.

yea those are it. The site that Poik posted up is where I got instructions to do my conversion a few years ago. I still have theh piaa's on as high beams. Good luck with the project if you decide to do it. It's actually pretty simple.
