For all of you with faded Boyd centercaps !
I first taped them up, scratched them with 400, and hit them with satin black. Then I applied a decal that was made for me from Brent Franker. Then after it was on I cleared over the whole cap. The first pic shows the top three caps without clear and the bottom one finished. The last two are the final result.
I did a similar thing to my factory "ABS" center caps. I painted them black and added Pontiac Arrowheads.
The newer boyds on my orange SS have nicer billet caps. I wonder if you could order some like this and replace them? https://ls1tech.com/99Camaro/pages/DSC00526.htm

Tony are your Caps actually billet? Wow! The Boyds I had on my truck had a fake-*** cast piece of ****. They faded within a few months, and were easily dented upon installation of them. I called about replacements, they wanted $25 a piece.
I highly doubt I'll ever buy another Boyd product.

I'd bet they would fit on smooties, as the hole size is *usually* the same for wheels on the same style of car.
