Updated the interior *PICS*
Here are some pictures of some things I have done to dress up the interior a little bit since the gray is SOO boring. If you think its ricey than too bad its my car and I like the way it looks I just thought I'd share!
Let the flaming begin!
There is still alot of work to be done on the interior, I plan on replacing that mounting kit with one from HUmount.com that read "FORMULA" I also want to paint the center console black and the panels with the speakers on the doors black as well as get some black and red seat covers.

I've never been a big fan of painting interior parts/speaker grills, but like you said, it's your car so as long as you like it it doesn't matter. It definitely gives the interior a little contrast though, instead of being one solid color.

It does look ricey to me... But I think what would make it look better is if you had more things to accent the interior...Like if your seats had red or something, because right now it looks like you just chose random pieces to accent.

that was the plan all along, I am going to get some two tone red/black seat covers from PFYC , black on the outsides red on the inside.

Plus I am going for the black and red theme on the outside

does anyone know how paint holds up on interior pieces? I was thinking of color matching a 6 speed charcoal center console with the rest of the ebony pieces since I cant seem to find one cheap enough. Does it scratch off easily?

I did this too shortly after i got my car. It was OK for a few months but it got old FAST. Buying new pieces was too expensive so I sanded everything down and painted it my accent color, gloss black. The gloss black on the grey interior was a much nicer and more subtle compliment than the red, and it spiced it up over the regular grey factory color. When you get sick of the red (and you will, ask me and JackZ28), paint those pieces gloss black, you'll love it.

You knew before you posted this that people wouldn't agree, yet you went with it anyway?!? ***** dude, ..., "Who cares what anyone else thinks, I'm gonna do it", ...
And then you knew others would be 'flaming', ...
You forgot to do the switch plate & the door handle surround also. But with the looks of the outside of the car, & this beginning on the inside, you'll eventually do them also, ...
I gotta go along with the majority here & agree that maybe the black or charcoal would have been a bit more subtle, ..., but you've carried on a theme & stuck with it, ..., so you've got that going for ya!
But boring gray, as it was, would have been better 'In My Opinion', ...
for doing yer own thing man, ...

I used some Rustoleum Plastic paint, but my point was that on an area that is touched as much as the center console I dont think it would last very long. I think spraypaint is fine for areas like the speaker grills and stereo bezel because they arent touched very much
