Does Anyone Have Pictures Of The VFN 4 Inch Ram Air Bolt On Hood? Please!!!!!!

And Yes my car does have the motor to back this up.
Thanks SDPC and TNT.

I am thinking about buying this hood and selling my stock WS-6 hood.

How do you think it would look on a Collector Edition Trans Am?

Keep my hood or buy this one, help me decide.

I can only find this one picture

The stock WS6 hood is the best looking IMO, the 4" VFN is a bit much for me. But in the end it's your car so...also if you do decide to get it, where are you located and how much for the stock hood?

I have no pictures but I have seen that hood on a LS1 T/A and yet it does look badass, visibility to your right hand site is very limited tho! I say go for it tho!

The 4 inch is too big for driving on street all the time imo......I would keep the stocker---if you have $$$$$,get the 4'' and swap them around...hahaha..

just my .02, I think that hood only looks good if your car is raked and your runnin slicks & skinnies, and laying down some really good power. If you know what I mean. Your car as is should be preserved as is, with minumal mods that would not easily be reversed. Your car will be worth some serious money one day.

Keep the stock imo. The 4inch is badass but your car is the limited edition. Looks nice as is.

Hey EarlsWS6, PM ONEBADWS6, he's got the pin-on 4" VFN WS6 hood. I sent him a PM and he sent me some nice pics of it. If he can't find the pics just let me know because I still have them. I know it's the pin-on instead of the bolt-on but it'll give you an idea what it looks like. I want one myself, I'll probably have one next summer. I think they're bad but some people think they're too much, it's all personal opinion.

I would not get that hood for your car, it looks too good as it is. I wouldnt change anything about its appearance.

I voted for the hood, just because there are too many stock WS6's around and if you're thinking about it, go for it.

That said, I didn't realize you had the Collector's Edition. Now I gotta say, keep the stock hood. If it were any other car, I'd say go for it, but it would be like swaping out a Firehawk's hood with a WS6 hood.

Thanks for all the opinions and I am now leaning toward keeping my stock hood and having the VFN hood to look badass with. I realize that it is a Collector Edition and you cant beat the original paint job.

I am going to PM ONEBADWS6 and if he has pics I will post them here for you guys.

I really like the VFN hoods and I have a new stroker going in it and a yellow wolfe racecraft 6-point going in it. I should be mid 10's on motor and 9's on the N20, and slicks and skinnies for the track.

Hows this I stole it from one of ONEBADWS6's posts. I hope he doesn't mind. I'll take it down if he minds me showing how bad his car looks.

All the cars I posted could back it up! I bought that hood but sold it after a while. I never drove with it, but I always thought it was a tad much and only looks good with a drag setup IMHO. I sold it and now I have a WS9 Outlaw hood.

I agree. I can stand seeing it on the strip, but that hood would be ridiculously difficult to drive with on an everyday car (like mine).
