Could not get an SS here in Hawaii so I picked up a Z-28 and putting th SS hood, without the badging offcourse....already have my SS spoiler...

My First f-body was a Camaro -- then mullets and t shirts w/no sleaves went out of style. I now drive a grown ups car (02 WS6)

Where is a mod, this thread is going NO WHERE except bashing.....imo
I do like the curves of a T/A thats why i got one, but i think that a SS can look equally as good, just like 1320_PERFORMANCE's car. Thats one bad *** ride, nicer then 90% of the T/A's out there!

Here's my take on it (if anybody cares...)
I used to ENVY WS6 owners. I used envy Z28 and SS owners as well. When I started looking for one myself, I wanted the WS6....but ran into my Z28 for the right price.
I love it to death....but I think it's time for a change, white Z28's just aren't flashy enough sitting still, although I think mine is incredibly clean. I get the "nice car" and "its clean!" often....but I've been looking at WS6's casually for awhile now, but don't know what I'll end up with.
The point I'm getting to is I hate V6 fbods. They make all of us look bad.

The '97+ camaro int is so more ergonomic than mine....
I love my TA for the lt1, and the looks I get. Today out side school, after waiting for the temp to go up, I pulled out of my space. I loaped through the lot, waiting in line to get out. But if I had my choice of cars it would be a jet black 97 ss m6.

well personally i am Partial to Formies, No non sense styling, No Glue on **** , Just bad ***, And then look wide as **** from the back. Hawk formies are THE ****, Lightest of the F bodies are the plan jane formies! And the rare hartop hawk 6 speed formies which is what i would like to have if i didnt have my Z

ive always been partial to the camaros...mostly cause the 67-69's, when i went to get my first car i saw 3 i liked, a 87 camaro (which i got) 91 camaro (rediculous pink and blue stripes on it) and a purple formula.....i would say the paint makes the car, the formula was alright but the purple killed it, wasnt even dark or metallic, just plain purple...nowadays i like the ws6 hood, it looks aggressive...then i look at my 00ss and say yea its pretty much stock exterior (which is what i want) but its still got the same power...

As for the catfish comment, I can't stand the tail lights on a TA for the same reason, for some reason I think they look like a fish.
