I dislike hate threads, and it is all according to tastes and preferences of each individual.
I don't bash camaro's, and hell, I love the 1st gens over any Bird or 2-4th gen Camaro. But I will not name my Hawk a TransMaro.......
To each his/her own, but thought this commentary was worth sharing.

seriously tho, I have owned two camaro's and i have never turned so many heads like i did with my old classic 1971 camaro. Every day i had people stopping next to me, and following me home just to tell me how bad *** it was.

99% of the population can't tell the difference between a Camaro, Firebird, or Corvette anyway.
Most people say to me " nice corvette" I went to the dentist during the summer in my Bird and my dentist looks out the window and says to me " nice Camaro"
I like GM vehicles, period.

i dont know, i wouldnt put vettes above this because i have recieved the same type of compliments, the people get dissapointed when i tell them its not a vette. i cant see where they would get the confusion, but whatever it definitely does happen.

i to have recived compliments of my car being a vette and i have a v6 camaro
but yeah i would much rather have a v8 t/a but im happy with what i got. i love both cars i just think the t/a looks better

wow nine page's of who's and whats better. when it comes down to it we both have the same rival the ricer's.
some dumb ricer at my job goes nice camaro you got there. i look up and im almost lost for words. im thinking didnt you see the chrome trans am letters on the side. (i slap my head and go dooww)

i like the TA except for the rear/humped tail lights.... the ram air hoods on them look straight MEAN!

From a Camaro owner, I'm with the t/a guys here saying that the ws6s looks better over camaros any day. But that doesn't mean you can make a camaro look better than some other trans ams.
