the camaro is nice plain
if you take a camaro and firebird, give them the same exact options, mileage, everything down to the tires are the same, the firebird will always cost more

This is my new favorite thread by the way.
I still think the Camaro has the real "muscle car" styling between the two. Whenever I see a T/A Ram Air with all those crazy body lines, the first thing I think of is that stupid kid in high school that always tried too hard to be cool, and everyone just made fun of him because he looked so ridiculous trying to pull it off. And no it wasn't me, i swear.
I'll take a cat fish over that guy any day of the week. . .

I've had a couple TA's and I have to say that design wise and mechanically they aren't any better. I just typically prefer the styling of the Trans-AM's interior and exteriors to those of the Camaros.

But they are better than stock. I cant believe I am argueing aginst my car, kind of wishing I wouldn't have found my TA and would have gotten a camaro (Couldn't pass the TA up, good deal)

How can anyone say the gen4 camaros look like muscle cars? ?????there's nothing "muscle car" looking on a camaro !!!!Your just fooling yourself cause you spent the money on it and you have that mind set to make you feel better. gen4 camaros are on the same level as the new gto's, " plain jane cars" no style. As for the interior there almost exaclty the same??? but I do love my leather interior...

Having said that, I have always thought the WS6 looked worlds better than any Camaro but I've have grown to appreciate the Camaro a lot (and ended up getting one. I always felt that a navy blue metallic WS6 was the best possible looking f-body but now I think that a SOM SS looks as good, maybe even a little better. I think the Z28s look too plain for me and would probably take a non-WS6 T/A over any Z28 (except maybe black or SOM). The SS hood and spoiler and a glossy SLP front grille work wonders.
Nonetheless, I love all V8 f-bodies equally and get just as excited when I see either one on the street or at the strip.

I'll start out by saying, I love the looks of both, which is rare I think because people tend to take sides. I do love the looks of The WS6 above all others but I would actually like to get a black camaro m6 one day. I don't plan to ever sell my a4 WS6 but I want the best of both worlds.
For those saying WS6s are girlie, please. Girls get scared when I drive by, that might be because the ground is shaking though, lol. I do get girls saying the car is beautiful but 3 to 1 it's a guy saying "that thing looks like it's going to hurt somebody" or some other way of saying it looks mean, which I don't take as girlie
The one thing I do like a lot more about the camaros styling it that there is much more room to custumize without going over board. You can only do some small suttle things to a WS6. I think I changed mine just enough to not look like every other one.
Some of the camaros that have been posted, I think look just as good or even better than WS6s. There are quite a few more I have seen that I wish I saved pics of because I would have posted them to stick up for the camaro guys and girls. Camaros can look great if done right.

i've never seen a t-a w any other parts on it like hoods and spoiler thats why i got my camaro ya an ugly z28 that blue camaro. 98 ls won wow i want that body kit!!! looks way better then a boring t/a!!!!
